WHAT WE DO FOR YOU
We will provide first opinion veterinary care for your horse including both routine preventative medicine , surgery and emergency procedures as required.
We aim to provide you with the best advice given the particular circumstances of you and your horse.
If we are unable to resolve a particular problem ourselves for any reason we will happily arrange referral to someone who we know will be well placed to help you.
EMERGENCIES WILL BE PRIORITISED.
We will provide a 24 hour,365 day emergency service, usually using our own practice staff.
We will provide a reminder system for vaccinations and routine dental work. This is not intended to absolve you of the responsibility of ensuring these deadlines are met but rather to assist you in avoiding missed vaccinations. We do not accept responsibility for missed vaccinations under any circumstances even if we omitted to remind you.
We will provide a detailed invoice for all work carried out to be posted or emailed to you the next working day after the work is done.Invoices may be grouped together for ongoing work on a particular case.
If you contact us to discuss a routine case or an invoice and the person who answers the telephone is unable to help you immediately, the person who can help you will return your call as soon as their work load permits;normally later the same day.
We will treat you courteously and with respect.
We will aim to provide the most cost effective solutions to your veterinary requirements within the constraint that we must judge them to be effective.
